This artwork honors the workers, hunters, gatherers, and fishermen who provide for their families. When a hunter ventures into the wilderness, they carry the thoughts of their family, relatives, and those unable to provide for themselves.
The ore, qayaq, and hunting tools, though more efficient today, still serve the same essential purpose.
The dangers remain as they have for millennia, with the wilderness always being unpredictable. These brave individuals put themselves at risk out of love for their families, sharing nature’s bounty under Ellam Yua’s care.
